Stretch Flows
Five guided stretch flows to loosen up and recover, done straight from the floor or standing.
Long Hold Deep Glute Stretch
Focuses on the glute muscle group, with modifications for beginners or advanced. Finishes with a deep long hold stretch, great for releasing tension. Done down on the floor.
Quad & Hip Flexor Stretch Flow
Suitable for beginners or advanced. Loosens up the quads and hip flexors and mobilises the hip joint. Done down on the floor.
Calf & Ankle Stretch Flow
Suitable for beginners or advanced. Keeps calf muscles and ankle joints healthy. Done from a standing position.
Self Massage & Stretch Flow for Feet & Toes
Combines stretches, self massage and self mobilisation for feet, toes and ankles. Recommended a few times per week given all the walking.
Back & Hamstring Stretch Flow
A little more advanced — comfortable deep kneeling and down dog required. Stretches and moves the back and backs of the legs.
Foam Roller & Spikey Ball Mobility Routines
Deeper release work using a foam roller or a spikey massage ball.
Foam Roller & Stretch: Calf Muscle Release
Needs a foam roller. Rolls out the calves then stretches them, targeting the achilles area and both calf muscles.
Foam Roller & Stretch: Upper Thigh, Glutes & IT Band Release
Needs a foam roller. Rolls out the upper thighs, glutes and IT band then stretches them. Can be intense — skip any part that doesn't feel good.
Foam Roller & Stretch: Rounded Shoulder / Upper Back Release
Needs a foam roller. Rolls out the upper spine, lats, shoulders and chest, then stretches those areas with a long hold to open up the shoulders and chest.
Spikey Massage Ball: Foot Massage
Needs a spikey massage ball or tennis/lacrosse/golf ball. Self massage for the feet finished with stretches and self mobilisation — great for foot health.
